Managing at Fujitsu is a required course to become accredited in the Communication Discipline for the Fujitsu Management Accreditation Program.

This learning event has been designed to support the delivery of the people management discipline of the Fujitsu Managers Accreditation Program (FMAP).
It is primarily aimed at those who directly manage people (e.g. who prepare performance reviews) either newly promoted in this role or experienced manager newly hired to Fujitsu.
This learning event is also beneficial to experienced managers who wish to improve their people management skills. This learning event has been especially effective when there is a mix of experience levels among the participants.
This is a custom-tailored workshop intended for the key members of a project team that is about to start its engagement. The goal of the workshop is to focus on the critical success factors, success criteria, main risks and constraints with the upcoming engagement, and to equip the team members with Fujitsu knowledge assets that will help. Where feasible, the workshop will sketch critical sections of some documents for the engagement. Many of these assets are in Macroscope, but there are others. For team members who are new to Fujitsu, it will include the main aspects of what our clients expect of Fujitsu overall.
DevOps is a popular set of principles and techniques that are being promoted within Fujitsu, to be adapted to the context of client and engagement.
The course provides an introduction to current DevOps principles, practices, vocabulary and supporting automation.
This course is mapped to a corresponding certification offered by the DevOps Institute. We use course materials provided by DOI. After attending this course, the participant will be eligible to take the DevOps Foundation certification exam.

The practical project planning course provides participants with information on basic project planning practices.
